Important Information
Grade 6 Farewell
Our Grade 6 Farewell – Adventure Awaits - will be held on Tuesday, June 25 at 2:00 PM in the gymnasium.
Doors will open at 1:45 PM for attendees. Families were asked to RSVP to your child’s teacher by Wednesday last week. If you have not sent in your RSVP and are still hoping to attend, please let your Grade 6 student’s teacher know by Monday.
Younger siblings can be invited to attend also by family request. We can’t wait to celebrate our Grade 6 students
Lost & Found
The Lost & Found bins are VERY FULL. As we get closer to the end of the year, we would like for these items to be returned to their rightful owners. Please remind your children to check the Lost & Found daily to retrieve lost items. We will start to display them in the hallways in the last week of school. Anything left on Thursday June 27 will be bagged up and taken to donation.
Report Cards & Yearbooks
Report cards will be viewable online on Wednesday June 26. It is important to note that schools no longer print report cards and parents can see them through your MyCBE account.
Yearbooks will be handed out to students who purchased one on Wednesday, June 26.
Last Day of School
Our last day of school for this school year is Thursday, June 27. It is an early dismissal day and students will be dismissed at 12:50 PM. We will also have our final Student Recognition and Farewell Assembly at 11:00 AM in the school gymnasium.

Outstanding School Fees
Thank you to all of our families who have done their best to clear off their MyCBE accounts before the end of the year. It is almost the end of the year and we are hoping to have all of the fees up to date before summer.
Parents are reminded that any unpaid fees are assessed by the CBE Finance department and may be sent to a collection agency.
Please review your statements on your MyCBE account and address any disputes promptly.
Should you have questions or concerns relating to fees, please direct them to our secretary, Edwina Ewart – eoewart@cbe.ab.ca
