Grade 1-6

• Monday-Friday start time is 8:55 a.m.
• Monday-Thursday dismissal time is 3:30 p.m.
• • Lunch is from 12:22 p.m.-1:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday. 
• Friday dismissal time is 12:50 p.m. - No lunch - snack/recess only

Kindergarten 

• AM Kindergarten for Monday to Thursday is 8:55 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.
• PM Kindergarten for Monday to Thursday is 12:35 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Friday times are 8:55 a.m. - 12:50 p.m. every other Friday. 
• • A calendar with the schedule will be emailed directly to families.

Supervision

There is no supervision outside before or after school. Please do not drop your child off at the school prior to 8:45.

Monday - Thursday

• 8:45 a.m. – 8:55 a.m. - This is a 'soft entry' to the school. Class begins at 8:55
• Morning Recess:  10:30 - 10:45 (15 minutes)
• Lunch 12:22 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.   
• • All grades will go outside from 12:22 - 12:40 p.m.

Fridays

• 8:45 a.m. – 8:55 p.m. Soft entry to the school.
• Please note - there is no outside supervision before or after school. 
• Morning Recess:  15 minutes

Students are asked to go directly home after dismissal. Any pick-ups, play dates, or appointments should be communicated well before the end of the school day. We are not able to access email while teaching, so please call the main office if there are any changes.

If the school requires a child to stay at school for any reason, parents will be notified.

Students on buses may be late due to a variety of issues.

Refer to CBE Transportation Page for valuable information regarding busing. It will be important for families to subscribe to School Bus Monitor for updates, as buses are occasionally late due to weather, traffic, or other issues. Please note that busing is not managed by the school. The bus provider is Southland Transportation.
