​We are so excited to welcome back our returning students and families as well as our families and students who are new to our community.  The beginning of a new school year always brings new adventures and new possibilities. We can't wait to share them all with you.

This year, we have chosen an anchor book titled "Trying" by Kobi Yamada.  It is a book of how we have to attempt to do things before we know that we are good at it.  It also teaches us that we don't always succeed right away and that is okay.  Every time we fail at something, we are one step closer to finding out how to succeed.  It isn't just important to be successful, it is the lessons we learn along the way of becoming successful that matter.  

In the spirit of the book, we are hoping to encourage a spirits of "try" in all of us!  

There will be so many opportunities for students and staff to try something new, or possibly again for a second or third time. So many possibilities for learning and growing together.

I am sure it is going to be an amazing year!!​
